Catherine Hofmann Joins Partnership

The Partners of the firm are very pleased to announce that Catherine Hofmann has joined the partnership at Bernard LLP, effective January 1, 2013. Catherine has been with the firm since 2009 and practices with our Business Law, Admiralty and Maritime and Environmental groups. Catherine has provided exceptional service to the firm’s commercial clients and we are delighted she will continue to do so as our Partner.
In addition to the work she does for our clients, Catherine has been a co-author of the CLE publication Due Diligence Deskbook and she frequently contributes to maritime and legal publications.
