CBA Construction and Infrastructure Law Conference

Bernard LLP partner Jason Hicks recently attended the Canadian Bar Association’s Construction and Infrastructure Law Conference in Vancouver. Speakers and participants from coast to coast to coast covered topics ranging from technology trends in construction to collaborative contracting models and the latest developments in case law and statutes. This was the CBA’s first in-person national construction and infrastructure conference since the pandemic.
